At T.E.A.M.S., we’re proud to be expanding our reach by building partnerships with stadiums, arenas, and entertainment venues across the region. By staffing concession stands with dedicated nonprofit volunteers, we create win-win opportunities: venues receive reliable, trained support while volunteer groups earn crucial funding for youth programs and community initiatives. Our goal is to grow this network—bringing more venues into the fold so we can help more kids, support more families, and give back to more communities. Position: NPO Group Lead

Compensation: Volunteer-based with direct fundraising opportunities for your group

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage a volunteer team at stadiums, concerts, and other high-energy events

  • Coordinate schedules, sign-ins, and ensure your group follows event guidelines

  • Act as the point of contact between your team, our nonprofit, and event partners

  • Help your group earn funds to go toward what matters most to you—uniforms, travel, gear, tuition, and more!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Responsible, motivated individuals with leadership skills

  • Passion for helping youth and giving back

  • Must be 18+ with good communication and organizational abilities

  • No nonprofit experience needed—we’ll guide you every step of the way!
